Hi! I’m Autumn, Canadian Certified Counsellor (#12284) and Relationship Specialist. I’m a wife, mama, counsellor, entrepreneur, and coffee enthusiast who has spent over a decade studying the science of relationships and the human connection.
I serve individuals and couples who deeply desire and value fulfilling relationships with the people who matter most- whether this be with themselves, a family member, friend, or spouse. I have a special interest in the journey to and transition into parenthood, relationship transitions, conflict, communication, intimacy, boundaries, and anxiety. I have also have spent the last seven years working for the Vancouver Island Health Authority as a mental health and addictions clinician and am comfortable supporting conversations in these fields as well.
Exclusively offering virtual individual and couples counselling, I work from an attachment, relational, and emotion-focused lens. I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental container for you to explore the challenges you’re facing, while utilizing science-backed techniques to help you experience change.
Hi, I’m Nicola – a couples and relationship-focused counselling intern who’s passionate about helping
partners reconnect, communicate better, and navigate life’s messy, beautiful moments together.
My therapy space is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and compassion. Whether you’re dating,
married, navigating non-monogamy, long-distance, or intentionally child-free – I’m here to support you
as a team. Relationships are deeply personal, but they don’t have to be figured out alone. Let’s roll up
our sleeves and explore what’s working, what’s not, and what kind of connection you want to build
moving forward.
In my work with couples, I aim to help you:
● Talk so your partner actually hears [aka – understands] you
● Feel like a real team instead of two opposing forces
● Make the hard conversations a bit easier & more productive
● Imagine new ways to improve your sex life
● Create closeness, even in long-distance relationships
● Explore the complexities of being intentionally child-free
I think of therapy as “work hard, play hard” – with a generous side of empathy, honesty, and a bit of
humor. Together, we’ll look at the dynamics that keep you stuck, the strengths that hold you together,
and the possibilities waiting to unfold. My goal isn’t to “fix” you or your relationship – it’s to help you
co-create a space where both of you can feel seen, supported, and more connected than ever.
